Visualizing Advanced Non-Destructive Testing for Rolling Mill Rolls.

Sarclad’s Rollscan is a world-leading automated inspection system engineered to detect critical subsurface and surface defects in heavy industrial rolling mill rolls before catastrophic failures occur.

MeshViz designed, modeled, and animated a fully rendered 3D digital twin of the Rollscan inspection gantry, articulating sensor arrays, and real-time data-mapping systems.

By animating invisible physical processes—such as ultrasonic wave propagation and internal flaw detection—we created a powerful visual asset for Sarclad’s global marketing and technical sales teams.
